Currently under construction, this 8,000 square foot, modern prairie style residence will sit in a residential air park and will bolster an attached 2,000 square foot air plane hangar, as well as a separate in-law suite, an large covered portico at the driveway, and an expansive covered rear porch for recreational use. The house was positioned with a clerestory to take advantage of the southwest sun exposure for passive heating in the winter, with integrated operable windows to release rising heat in the summer. The main residence will contain three bedrooms and two bathrooms, heated with in-slab radiant heating.
